Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges Policy

Important Notice: Please carefully review this policy before purchasing any coaching services or programs. By purchasing our services, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below.

Non-Refundable Services:

All coaching services, programs, and memberships offered by I Love Coaching Co. are non-refundable. Our services involve personalized strategy, planning, and delivery of intellectual property, which cannot be returned once accessed or delivered. All fees paid are final.

No Returns or Exchanges:

Due to the digital and personalized nature of our coaching programs, returns and exchanges are not available. Once a program or membership has begun, it cannot be exchanged for another service or transferred to another individual.

Coach Membership Cancellation Policy:

For internal ILC Coaches participating in the REAL Coach Method annual membership: You may cancel your membership at any time; however, because memberships are based on a 12-month annual cycle, any remaining balance for the current annual term becomes immediately due at the time of cancellation. No refunds will be issued for unused months or early cancellations.

Client Coaching Cancellation Policy:

For external clients receiving 1:1 or group coaching from an ILC Coach: Clients may cancel their coaching program at any time by providing 30 days' written notice. Due to the nature of coaching services and scheduling commitments, no refunds will be issued for any remaining sessions or for early cancellation.

Exceptions:

In limited situations, I Love Coaching Co. may consider exceptions at its sole discretion. Exceptions may be reviewed for circumstances such as significant unforeseen events or documented service concerns falling below reasonable professional standards.

Granting any exception does not establish precedent and does not guarantee a refund.

Chargebacks and Disputes:

We take chargebacks and disputes seriously. Please note that by agreeing to this policy, you are entering into a binding agreement for services rendered. Initiating a chargeback without following the cancellation procedure outlined above may result in legal action to recover any outstanding fees and/or damages incurred.

Dispute Resolution:

Any disputes arising from this policy will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration will be held in Mount Pleasant, SC, and the decision of the arbitrator will be final and binding.

By purchasing our coaching services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this policy and agree to its terms and conditions.
