Adam Roach
Founder & CEO | Speaker | Coach
Adam Roach is the Founder and CEO of I Love Coaching Co., where he helps proven leaders turn their experience into a coaching business that’s real, profitable, and built to last. Known for his ability to recruit, build teams, and scale companies, Adam brings two decades of entrepreneurial experience into the coaching space with one clear belief: you don’t need hype, gimmicks, or complicated funnels to build a meaningful business. You need clarity, conviction, and a model that works.
Adam’s career has always centered on building people and building performance. After competing as a collegiate tennis player and launching his first business in his twenties, he went on to build one of the most dynamic tennis clubs in Beverly Hills. He later entered real estate in Los Angeles, where he cut his teeth on six and seven figure flips and learned what it takes to perform under pressure.
In his mid-thirties, Adam transitioned into ownership and leadership within Keller Williams Realty, where he operated multiple franchises and built a leadership organization that scaled across the South Carolina coast. Alongside his team, he helped grow and support more than 700 agents generating nearly $2 billion in total sales.
As his career evolved, Adam built a recruiting technology company that has helped recruit more than 130,000 agents across North America. After selling his franchises in his early forties, he shifted his focus toward building a coaching company and community designed to help coaches build businesses that reflect who they are and the results they can deliver.
Today, Adam leads I Love Coaching Co., which includes coaching, community, group training, and curriculum built around the REAL Coach Method™. He also speaks and teaches on leadership, recruiting, identity-driven business building, and creating offers that sell through simple, relational enrollment.
Outside of work, Adam loves traveling and creating experiences with his wife, Dana Gentry, their two kids, Addison and Amelia, and their dogs, Frankie and Charli. You’ll usually find him investing in real estate, playing tennis with his kids, or out on the water in Charleston.
