Jess Webber
Integrator | Course Architect | Coach
Jess started her career as an educator, obtaining teaching and experience across all grade levels and content areas in the greater Atlanta and St. Louis areas. She completed her masters degree in Brain-Based Teaching and Learning, with a focus on curriculum and instruction.
After a decade in the field of education, Jess transitioned to working at Keller Williams Realty on the brokerage leadership team. She went from Director of First Impressions to Market Center Administrator, and maintains her Market Center Technology Trainer role through her company, LeverageStrong.
Jess was introduced to Adam Roach and I Love Coaching in 2022 to help bring to life Adam’s vision for a coaching school. The partnership blossomed in 2023 when Jess became the integrator of the company and Adam’s partner in business. She currently manages all of the operations, in addition to coaching coaches in the implementation of systems in their businesses.
