Independent Coach Disclaimer

Coaches in the I Love Coaching Co. network operate as independent contractors, not employees, representatives, or agents of I Love Coaching Co. The Company does not supervise, manage, direct, or monitor their coaching activities. Any personal information exchanged directly between Coaches and Clients during coaching sessions is controlled by the individual Coach and is not collected, stored, or monitored by I Love Coaching Co. unless the Coach voluntarily enters information into the platform.

1. Information We Collect:

Coaches:

  • Information voluntarily submitted by the Coach to the platform, such as profile details, communication preferences, scheduling information, and optional notes the Coach chooses to store within the platform.

Clients:

  • Information voluntarily submitted to the platform, such as registration details, goals, preferences, and any information the Client chooses to share through forms or messages sent through the platform.

  • I Love Coaching Co. does not record, store, or monitor private coaching sessions.

2. How We Use Your Information:

Coaches:

Information used for marketing, billing, and coach-directory visibility is limited to data voluntarily submitted by the Coach.

Clients:

I Love Coaching Co. does not access, monitor, or store the content of coaching sessions. Any information shared during coaching is between the Client and their independently contracted Coach.

3. Sharing Your Information:

I Love Coaching Co. does not share, monitor, or distribute any information exchanged privately between Coaches and Clients during coaching sessions.

4. Data Security:

We take security measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. Therefore, we cannot guarantee the absolute security of your information.

5. Your Choices:

6. International Transfers:

Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your own. These countries may have different data protection laws than your own country. By using our platform and services, you consent to the transfer of your information to these countries.

Coaches operate independently and may maintain their own records, notes, or communication logs outside of the I Love Coaching Co. platform. These records are managed solely by the Coach and are not the responsibility of I Love Coaching Co. Clients should review their Coach’s individual policies regarding data handling, confidentiality, and storage of session materials.

This Policy is effective as of the date of engagement with I Love Coaching Co.

By using our platform and services, you agree to be bound by this Policy.
