The “Do, Delegate, Delete” Framework for Coaches Who Want to Scale (Without Losing Their Sanity)

Ever feel like you’re doing everything in your business but still not making the money or impact you want?

That’s not a time problem.
That’s a clarity problem.

Inside the I Love Coaching Co. podcast, we just dropped a fire episode called “Do, Delegate, Delete” — and if you’re stuck in overwhelm, it’s time to make this your new weekly practice.

Here’s how to simplify your coaching business and scale sustainably using this powerful 3D system.

Step 1: DO – What Only You Can Do

This is your zone of genius.

These are the things that:

  • Light you up.

  • Move the needle.

  • Can’t be outsourced.

Think:

  • Coaching your clients.

  • Creating powerful content.

  • Hosting webinars or challenges.

  • Speaking directly with your audience.

If it requires your voice, your perspective, or your leadership—it goes in the DO bucket.

Everything else? Keep reading.

Step 2: DELEGATE – What You Can Teach or Template

Most coaches stay stuck under a ceiling because they try to do everything themselves.

At some point, growth means letting go.

Start here:

  • Admin work.

  • Editing or publishing content.

  • Customer service responses.

  • Inbox management.

  • Calendar scheduling.

Can you create a checklist, loom video, or SOP for it?
Then delegate it.

You don’t need to build a team overnight, but you do need to stop hoarding low-impact tasks like a badge of honor.

Step 3: DELETE – What’s Not Driving Results

This is the hardest one—and the most freeing.

What are you doing simply because:

  • You “should”?

  • You’ve always done it?

  • Someone else said it worked for them?

Here’s your permission to delete:

  • That weekly email no one opens.

  • That niche you’ve outgrown.

  • That offer that drains your energy.

  • That routine that’s not serving you.

If it’s not aligned with your values, goals, or vision for this next chapter—it goes.

Scalability requires simplicity.

Bonus: The Weekly CEO Check-In

Block 15 minutes every Friday.

Ask yourself:

  • What needs to stay on my plate (DO)?

  • What can I train someone else to take (DELEGATE)?

  • What am I clinging to that’s no longer worth it (DELETE)?

You’ll be shocked how much mental clarity and white space this gives you—fast.

You Don’t Need to Hustle Harder.

You Need a Better System.

And it starts with clarity and conviction. That’s what the REAL Coach Method™ is built on.
