Most of the labels we carry were handed to us before we could choose them, and many coaches keep wearing them because the known feels safer than an unknown future. The way forward is to examine each label, decide on purpose which ones travel with you into tomorrow, and listen to your own language, because fixed phrases are usually where the stuckness lives.
"You lose sight of who you really are because you're using yesterday's container as your identity for today."Adam Roach · I Love Coaching Podcast
Take the scorecard at ilovecoachingco.com/scorecard and ask Adam's question as you answer: is what I'm offering really mine, and is it authentic to me? Then name one label you have been wearing from your past and decide, on purpose, whether it comes with you into tomorrow.
