I Know a Guy, Pt. 4: Which Channel Fits Your Lead Magnet?
Most coaches judge a channel by whether someone said yes to their offer by Friday. That is why they quit so fast. A lead magnet only solves a small problem, so it only earns a small amount of trust, and every channel moves at its own speed. Decide what working means for that channel before you start, pick one, and give it a Moon. If it misses, change the channel or the language. Don't just run the same thing again and hope.
"Go define working and then pick the channel. Run the play and watch your solar system work."Adam Roach · I Love Coaching Podcast
Write down what "working" means for one channel before you post anything. Make it something you can count. Then pick that one channel, match it with one lead magnet that points to your one offer, and run it. If it doesn't work, change the channel or the language, not your whole business.

What You'll Learn
- Why every channel you use needs its own Moon, a low friction lead magnet with a quick win
- How channels run from ads (lowest trust) to keynote speaking (highest trust), and why that changes how fast people convert

- How more than one magnet lets you A/B test which channel connects with your solution
- How the oil change postcard maps to channel, lead magnet, planet, and upsell
- Why you need to define what "working" means before you pick a channel
- What to do when your first channel does not work

A channel and a lead magnet only work if they lead somewhere. The Sellable Offer Challenge helps you build the one clear offer people can actually refer you for.
